Your personal data will be disclosed to an appointed third-party insurance broker and provider solely for the purpose of policy issuance, administration, claims processing, and related insurance services.

We process your personal data based on contractual necessity (to facilitate the arrangement and administration of insurance coverage with Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited) and legal obligations (to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements).   
Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the insurance purpose and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act of 2019 (“PDPA”), you as the data subject have the rights, including the right to be informed, right of access, right to data portability, right to object, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to rectification, and right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
